STAT improves tracking capability

New technology is changing the delivery business. James A. Tomacchio, president of STAT Delivery Service, is using that new technology to improve service for his customers. Tomacchio recently attended a conference in Las Vegas to get up to speed on the newest tracking technology available.

“I learned first hand about how the new technology works,” said Tomacchio, who has improved his six-year-old delivery, courier and messenger business by putting this new technology in place. The value is giving customers the ability to go online so they can easily track packages and obtain proof of delivery.

Founded in 2001, STAT Delivery Service serves the entire New England area from its headquarters at 191 Ward Hill Ave., Ward Hill, Mass. James A. Tomacchio, a registered pharmacist who resides in Methuen, has made medical deliveries a specialty. Family owned and operated, the company also specializes in small parcels, and offers fast and reliable service.
